CES is owned and operated by Steve and Tracy Lanier, both of which are natives to Brunswick County and the Cape Fear Region of North Carolina. The two have been married for 25 years and have two amazing children, Braden and Bryson.
Steve has proudly served the citizens of his community with more than 25 years of dedicated service with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office. Professionalism, service above self, dedication and integrity served as the core values for Steve throughout his career. Steve also carries over 20 years’ experience in coaching, teaching and mentoring our youth through youth sports in our community. Additionally, Steve has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of exterior cleaning, landscaping and lawn maintenance solutions.
Tracy has proudly served the citizens of her community with 16 years of dedicated service with the public utilities and GIS Departments in Brunswick County. Tracy currently continues to serve as a member of the United States Postal Service, where she current presides as a carrier in the Leland area. Tracy also has more than 15 years’ experience in exterior property design as well as the interior and exterior cleaning industry.
Being lifelong residents to the area, home owners and parents, Steve and Tracy have seen our community grow in measures neither of us could have imagined. As with anything else, growth and advancement comes with upkeep and maintenance.
